Dear Dr. Trippett,
    At Jug Bay we saw five turtles and we saw a catfish. Then we went down 
to a boardwalk. We even saw a turtle with an electric cord on it. We saw a little 
tiny turtle.  It was so small that it could fit in the palm of my hand.  We went for 
a walk in the forest.  We saw a big beetle.  It was black.  We went in the meadow too. 
We saw a lot of daddy long legs.  We talked about a lot of birds and bugs.

    We took a field  to Jug Bay.  I saw a green snake, a black lizard, and a box
turtle.  One box  turtle had a radio on it.  I saw a baby turtle and I saw a swamp.  
We also walked through a marsh.

    We took a field trip to Jug Bay.  Samantha, Matthew and I were good.
First, we saw a box turtle.  Second, we went on a board walk. Then, we learned 
nice rules. I liked Jug Bay Wetlands. I wish you were there. You would have

    We  went to Jug Bay yesterday and we had lots of  fun.  I touched  a snake.
I  caught a bee and a red ant.  I saw a big and funny looking ant.  I liked when

    We had a great time at Jug Bay. We saw a green garden snake, and it was 
long. I have never seen a snake like that before. We saw two box turtles. One had a 
radio on it. The other didn't have a radio on it, but it was cool. I never knew that 
mud could go so deep that I wouldn't be able to touch the bottom. I found three ant 
lions at the same time.

    Yesterday we went to Jug Bay. I was in the black group. I had my mommy 
in the black group. In my mommy`s group was Kassie, Rachel, and I. First, we caught 
bugs in the fields and the forest. Next, we went hiking on a hill. Then, we acted 
like birds. Last, on the bus, Miss Lehman, Rachel and I talked.

    We had fun at Jug Bay. They had a lot of animals in the exhibit.  We got to 
touch a snake.  We found a turtle that the people who guided us had already found.  I
learned that all birds are different.  I did not know that mud could go so deep.  I 
liked when we went to the wet lands.  I saw a caterpillar on a piece of grass.  That 
was a fun day.

    We took a field  trip to Jug Bay.   I  found out that they put trackers on 
the turtles. The counselors put a tracker and glued it on. Or they put a mark

    We heard Miss Lehman needed some help. So here is some help. At Jug Bay,
we saw a turtle with a radio transmitter. We also saw a weird  looking  root.  It was 
fat on  the ends and skinny in the middle. We saw a camouflaged lizard on a stump.
We also went on a skinny boardwalk near the marsh. We saw a box turtle and a snake. 
We touched the snake!  Our group was the red group. We saw three of the best 
beetles!
